Review for Villages At New Albany Park Apartments

The management and leasing staff here is horrible. Beyond obviously having a stick WAY up their a**, they are snooty and incompetent. The only thing they seem to care about is renting out new apartments. All day long they parade prospective tenants back and forth to the models. It's like a meat market. God forbid they try to be even the slightest bit sociable. Even when you go in to pay the rent (which is another story), they act snooty and annoyed like you are wasting their time. It's even more bizzare that they complain about dog droppings in peoples yards, yet seemingly let people allow their dogs to deficate in the grassy common area near the pool. That looks quite lovely with Mt. McCrap that constantly shows up on the stairs of the mailbox area! It seems that the leasing agents don't seem to care about piles of trash laying around the trash compactor. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy.
