This place looks so attractive but..They accept dogs and you have poop all over the place! Don't even think about renting a first floor unit! You'll have poop all over your shoes!!!
The dogs bark all the time too! so if you live in a building that has dogs forget about a relaxing afternoon!
Chelsea could be the best apartment complex in town if not the dogs!
