Review for Four Seasons Apartments

i moved into the property and they advised me that to have cats i must pay a deposite of 250.00 per animal. i have 2 cats so i gave them a deposite of 500.00. and they also said my rent will be raised 25.00 per cat. so 50.00 a month. i also gave them a 150.00 utillity deposite and a 100.00 sure deposite. now i have moved out they have sent me a bill saying i owe them for a soap dish for 40.00. the soap dish fell off the wall because there was tremendous water damage in the shower and all the tiles were falling off, gms has work orders showing maitnence came out around ten times for the shower alone. i feel i dont owe that. secondly they are charging me for 400.00 for pet damage to the carpet. i agree the cats did put a hole in the carpet. i agree to pay for the damage. but it should come from the deposite i put down on the cats for damage. if the damage is 400.00 why do they want a total of 900.00? i call the local office in austintown ohio 1877-617-7850 and spoke with cathy she told me that the cat deposite is to cover any damage done by the cats but she cannot change the bill for that i would have to call the main office 216-766-6000. i did call and the lady karen told me that i owe them for the damade and i agreed. i asked her why they arent taking it out of the deposite i put down. she told me that deposit doesnt cover anything. its for the cat rent she told me. so i asked what the 50.00 a month was for, she said pet rent. now they refuse to give me back my utillity deposit because of this and it has nothing to do with my utillities. this will end up hurting my credit and the company will not explaine to me what is going on. so 500.00 + 150.00 +100.00 = 750.00 is all the deposite that i put down the charge for the carpet is 400.00. and they are sending me a bill for 280.00. thats rediculous. and i deserve my utilities deposit back.
