Rented: From 2009 To 2009

The staff is not accommodating and refuses to take responsibility for their actions. They are constantly contradicting themselves and it seems almost impossible to get a straight answer. I hope that I have had a uniquely bad experience, as the high rent rates should warrant a better experience. Amongst other things, amenities promised were not ready on time (still are not ready 3 months later), and basic kitchen products were not functional at all until 2 or 3 service calls later. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who seeks quality in both apartment and leasing staff.
