YOU WILL GET SCREWED OUT OF MONEY. POOR MAINTENANCE. POOR MANAGEMENT. LOUD RIDICULOUS PEOPLE. NOT A REAL HEATING COMPANY...NOT GAS OR ELECTRIC...BUT YOU GET CHARGED OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS OF MONEY FOR HEAT THAT YOU CANT REGULATE...MY BILLS WERE UP AND DOWN AND FOR MONTHS THAT I EVEN HAD NO WORKING HEAT. IM TALKING ALMOST 200 DOLLARS THEN 140, THEN 55, THEN 30. NO SENSE...THEY WONT CREDIT ME , THEY ARE RUDE ON THE PHONE..THEY WONT DISCUSS HEAT WITH YOU. JUST TAKE MY ADVICE AND DONT LIVE HERE
