Its Not As Nice As It Seems!

I have had 2 different apartments here. While the office staff is courteous, they have made several gross mistakes each time I started a new lease. The maintenance is terrible; multiple tries to get anything fixed right are necessary, and if even after a few tries its not fixed right, they just stop responding. Parking is inadequate, I have to walk about 100 yards. The parking lots are also poorly lit. Being next door to several bars, it is frequently loud in the middle of the night, and there are often people outside shouting. Noise inside the buildings is average, I can hear my neighbors above and below me, but not usually through the walls. The buildings are in poor shape; the walls were cracking in both of my apartments. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
