Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I've lived here for several months and I haven't had any problems at all. I read all the nasty reviews, but moved in anyways because I love the area and I have several friends who also live here. None of my friends have had any real problems beyond the norm. When I moved in, my apartment was flawless- new carpet, new paint, and new appliances(mostly). It can be loud if you live right next to the bars, but I got a unit in the back and it is perfectly quiet, I can barely hear them at all except on Saturdays i can kinda hear it(but who cares because i'm usually at the bars on saturdays:)) Overall it's a fun place to live, I could see that its not for everyone, but if you are in your 20's, 30's, 40's and like to have fun, this place is for you
