These apartments were originally known as King James Court Apartments -- (check out the King James Court reviews). Sadly, the management is the only thing that's changed. I have lived here since 8/05 and have watched the atmosphere slowly deteriorate. It is definetely NOT what's advertised! Nice apartment, crappy area! I cannot WAIT to leave when my lease expires! If you like to see fights outside your apartment, and noise from idiot neighbors at all hours of the day and night, this place is for you! Unless ghetto living is for you, pass this place by!
