Lies, Lies, All Lies

Rented: From 2005 To 2006

I moved out of there, finally. I gave plenty of notice to the new management, and they still threatened to keep my security deposit. The apartment I left was cleaner than before I moved in, though it STILL had a roach problem, I was never late on paying my rent, and the new management was aware of the circumstances 3 months prior to my move. My last day there I watched a police chase and a group of kids almost get hit by a car speeding up Dahlgreen. The apartments are still not refurnished. One of the maintenance guys, he was so sweet, gave me all the dirt on the new managment company. They are no better now thatn when they were King James. Have fun if you chose to live here.
