Review for Chesapeake Pointe Apartments

It has to be the worst place i have ever in my life lived. What others have stated is all true. There are more drugs there that the local hospitals could buy some and they still would not run out. You name it it's there. What makes it so bad management is aware of it and wont do anything about it. About a year ago a killing took place in one of there apartments and come to find out it was drug related. And i'am pretty sure it's not the first time. Kids are out in the parking lot playing all the time when some of them should be in school and during the weekends sometimes till 4:00am. Cars are aways driving around in the parking lot all time of the day and night. The security lights and cameras dont work at times and i'am pretty sure the cameras dont work. When there is a fight or drugs sales are going on they dont view them if they did they would not have so many problems. They rent the units out to 18, 19, and 20 year old kids. Sometimes they have security there but half the time they are not there they are out riding around taking long breaks or at home sleeping. They have bad bug problems there and all kind of animals living there from dogs to rats that's right RATS and mice. When you ask if they can solve the problem they tell you "Well no one else has complain about it". Some of the basements are always wet and damp lord dont let it rain Just riding by that place and looking at some of the apartments says alot. Some of the windows have blankets hanging over the windows to keep the cold air out or because the blinds are missing. Some of the blinds are so badly broken you can see inside the apartments at times and the only reason it's like that is so when you hear gun shots or there is a fight or while they are making meth and smoking crack they can keep there eyes on things. Yes that place is not a place to live unless you just dont care where you live at. Half of the time the people living there cant afford the rent. You can see the crackheads walking around all the time and the dope boys you can see them hiding in the doorways and behind the fences and cars looking for buyers. What they need to do is tear that place down and turn it into a mall. Thoes apartments have been a problem for a long time. Maybe the city or the health dept. get wind to whats going on. No maybe not they already know so that wont help. Maybe a little help from the local newspaper could help out. Well like i said that is NOT! a good place to live for anyone unless you dont care anymore for yourself and the safety of your kids if you have any.
