Rented: From 2005 To 2005

I made a huge mistake..I was new to the area and very naive. the apartment has cheap floors cheap blinds,Its not worth the amount of rent they want .I lived here for a year and knew it was a mistake the first month. but, had to stick it out..the nieghbors are loud. It is very ghetto. dont get me started on the winter gas bills either..the windows are old and very drafty..couldnt keep the place warm. had maintenance put weather stripping on my door four times this past winter and still didnt help keep the cold out..i dont suggest living here. I also think I heard gun shots the other night too..
