If you like watching the dope boys run from unit to unit or drunk people having altercations infront of small children, this is the best place. If you like being shown an absolutley gogeous apartment completely remodeled and then pay $650 a month for an Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority rejected apartment, welcome home. But if you are looking for a safe living environment with management that care more about getting your rent a few days early this is not the place to be. They will show you a gorgeous apartment and tell you there is a zero tolereance policy but when you move in your unit will look like something out of a bad ghetto flick and the environment won't be much better.
