Review for King James Court Apartments

i cannot wait until my lease is up, when i moved in here in december of 06 i was told by the manager i think her name is Durr what a wonderful community she has and how she has 24 hour emergency maint. what a joke that is i was out of heat for 2 days the maint told me he fixed furnace and then brought over 2 small space heaters that wouldnt heat a dog house and i have 2 small children. well the heat was out 2 days and the kids got sick and did i even get an apology from the manager?? NO!! the only one that could not apologize enough was the blonde woman in the office, she is the only one that cares for the tenants here. and let me tell you about the mold and no water for days when we had the big snow storm. i over heard the manager tell some guy i think he was maint that it wasnt her water so she didnt care we all would have to wait. but then when i called the office to come over there and try and get some water to bath my kids i was treated like dirt except for the other woman in there she tried to help me. if anyone moves in this place they need their head examined the only reason i am here is i signed a lease and i know that sawyer realty will pobably not give me back my security and being a working mother i need every penny i can get. so dont beleve the signs of "all new" the only thing new in this place is the manager and she isnt what she seems. she will tell you want you want to hear until you are here and then oh well pay your rent now we dont care if you have no heat, water, or mold or your basment leaks we just want our money. if she thinks this will go unseen by others she is mistaken i plan on getting a lawyer i have everything documented from her bad letters she puts on everyones door to her attitude she has in public. she is not a proffessional woman at all. she reminds me of trailer park trash. sawyer better open there eyes cause they are going to have a bunch of law suites they will nver be out of court. DONT MOVE TO CHESAPEAKE POINTE ONLY THING NEW IS THE NEW TRASH DURR THEY HAVE RUNNING THE PLACE.
