Review for King James Court Apartments

My first time seeing the place didn't look to bad. Well here it goes. When I asked them to show us the apt. before we singed I thought they would tell us where it was. Nope told us the address and the name of it that was the end. After finding it and looking inside it I was completely grossed out. But needed a place to life. Then it started. The first two week's I could not sleep you heard every car passing by even people walking by. The sound was ok really couldn't hear your neb. But if you wanted to keep the heat in you where forced to place blanket's and that plastic film stuff up just to keep the bill under 200.00 a month. The bath tub was I think painted and the place had uneven floor's. Their where spot's where it raised and the lowered and you fell. The basement grow mold and the drain never drained. Always became a pound every load. Then on to the kitchen. That was a joke. I always called it my hell of a kitchen. And it was hell. Painted counter tops drewers that fell out every time you opened then and where painted too. They fell off too. The floor was chipping away and we where told it was brand new. The hell it was. The play ground's where old and painted over. The only one we played on was the one with the swings. Snow remove was the worst. And hell the men who work on the places fixed every thing I mean every thing with caulking and caulking. One even caused a fire in one. The staff never cared and once was so rude to me I called the cop's and complained. Though I never did get my car broken into like I do in Columbus ( where we live now). Really was not to bad for the price after a bit of fixing but really sucked staying their. Never felt like home. So if you like icky enjoy. Oh yeah where updating some of the kitchen's when we where moving out.
