Review for Shoreline Beach Club Apartments

In my opinion, this is a good place to live. As for location, it's right by the highways and right down the street from grocery stores and gas stations, which is very convenient.

I feel VERY safe here. I am a 27 year old woman, and I walk my dog in the dark (early morning, late at night) alone on a daily basis and feel very safe doing so--and my dog is NOT a guard dog!!

Parking is great. I can either park on the street, or in the parking lot, where I have never had a problem finding a parking space.

They appearance isn't the best. The apartments are kind of old.

The office staff is excellent! My leasing agent knows me by name and in which apartment I live in--and there are a LOT of apartments here! A water pipe in my apartment broke and flooded the whole place when the office was closed on New Years Day. When the office opened the next day, they had already been made aware by the maintenance guys, and I had a new lease for the apartment next door (which I wanted) already filled out and waiting for me to sign them when I came in the next day. They even sent a few maintenance guys over to help move some of the heavy stuff! The leasing agent even stopped by later to see how things were.

Maintenance is great. Any stupid thing from my toilet not flushing to a leak from the people above me, they always came and took care of it right away. The guys even say 'hi' or wave at me if they see me out walking my dog--very friendly!

Noise from the outside is fine. I happened to get an apartment with a screaming brat above me, but what can you really do about that?

Overall, this is a pretty good place to live! I've heard bad stories from co-workers who have lived here in the past, but I have never had an issue here. They even allow pets, and it's hard to find a place that allows large dogs!
