Rented: From 2005 To 2009

Office staff is rude, mean & careless... except for maybe one or two.

The first 3 years that I lived there, I liked it and recommended the place to friends. As long as you take your time and look at several dozen units.

This past year has been awful! Maintenance breaks more than fixes, security is down the drains. Someone broke in next door, into an empty apartment and the office just said, if you want to place another down-payment, you can move.

Some of the things that I had requested to be fixed still weren't taken care of after 3 years and then I got charged for it?!

Again, you get what you pay!
