Rented: From 2000 To 2004

I wouldn't move here again if you paid my rent for a year. When we moved here 4 years ago it was considered a good place to live. In the past year the place has gone to the dogs (literally). You are only suppose to have cats and no BBQ's per fire regulations. It seems that everyone has a dog and a grill. I guess if you are a rule breaker and a partier this would be a good place to live.
There are parties all the time and no one does anything. The management says call the police, the police say call management. When you tell them about a problem they are just like
