Review for Timberland Village Apartments

I realize this place is cheap...but you get what you pay for...DON'T LIVE HERE!!!

I was only there for a year, thank goodness no longer than that. I am a student working toward my doctural degree. They were rude to me since I signed the dotted line. Here is a list to keep things short.

1. Employees spoke down to me AS WELL AS MY PARENTS
2. Didn't help me when I told them I had an ant problem
3. Didn't mention the "valley stench". Apparently it is across from some sort of sewage place (Which I found out from a neighbor) and the air is putrid most days
4. Walls are paper thin. I could hear everything my neighbors were doing and many nights went downstairs to try to get away from the noise and still had a problem.
5. I rented a garage which was filthy from the previous renters and flooded when it rained
6. The plowed snow would block my garage and every morning I would have to shovel a HUGE pile away from my door
7. Mail slots are too small to get things such as DVDs, magazines, or anything larger than a standard letter and they do not hold mail.
8. There is no out box and I had to drive down the street any time I wanted to mail something.
9. Pool is dirty
10. Laundry room is full of spiders and holes in the walls
11. Once I moved out, they charged for ridiculous things such as leaving furniture by the dumpster (which I did because I thought people in the complex may have wanted it!) and for not cleaning (and my family and I all cleaned the apartment and it was in better condition than before I moved in)
12. When I asked them about the charged, three weeks after I had moved, they were rude on the phone, lied and said they were too busy to discuss anything, and wouldn't even call me back
