Avoid At All Costs

Rented: From 2007 To 2008

It was nice until we had incredibly annoying and LOUD people move in across the hall and upstairs. We've file dozens of complaints and called the police numerous times (upstairs guy turns his music down every 15 minutes or so to avoid being caught by the police), but to no avail. The management wants $1500 (that we can't afford) to terminate our lease. I think our neighbors should be ousted, not us (the family across the hall has too many people living in it, for example).

They don't run a credit check which allows all sorts of troublesome people to move in. We only live here because they allow dogs over 50 lbs.

I will agree that the maintainace crew are always friendly and obliging. Shame the office staff isn't the same way.
