Rented: From 2007 To 2009

1) All buildings are surrounded by weeds...the landscaping isn't taken care of at all. Any normal, halfway classy apartment complex would care about the appearance of the grounds...well, that's not Village Green.
2)Management is completely rude, very unhelpful and unprofessional.
3)Management allowed staff to be in my apartment without my permission...(yes, i caught them.)
4)Personal information is not kept confidential and is shared with staff members.
5)Lesson learned: get everything management promises and says in writing (I've been screwed out of hundreds of dollars)
6) Laundry facilities are dirty and have very poor machines. I do not use them any more because it has ruined all my nice clothes.
On a positive note, Wallhaven is a wonderful area to live in Akron...just not Village Green. Creepos.
