Review for Village Green Apartments

You should never even consider moving into this DUMP. Its the worst place I ever lived in my life. Linda Duiverman the so called manager is nothing but a bold face liar who makes things up as she goes. The place doesn't abide by the lease they charge what they want and if you don't pay they start adding in late fees that are out of line and not in the lease. They took a rent check of mine last December in February they tell me the check bounced and they said that money was do plus late fees and bounced check charge. This was two months later. When I went to the bank they gave me a print out that the check was never presented for payment and the money was there at the time. Linda said it was sent in the same day. She then would not take my Feb. check for rent she put it back under my door and said it needed to be in the form of a money order. Then added more late charges in. Then I payed on line they took the payment but a week later they returned the money to my account and of course added in late fees.
Needless to say things got out of hand and I was foced to move and they ended up getting all that money because to get a lawyer to fight them would cost more. I could go on and on about the living conditions but I would be typing all day. Just remember do not move into this place you will regret it and will be stuck and at Linda's mercy.
