I moved in several months ago not knowing what to expect. Like any large apartment community there are kids running around and cars driving by with loud music; but my kids are safe, my new car is safe, and I feel just fine walking to my place from the parking lot late at night. There has been an occasions where I have either left my car unlocked, the keys in my door, or my door unlocked and nothing was bothered. Most of the parents here have their kids under control, and the ones that don't usually aren't here for long since the manager can't tolerate bullcrap. Just talk to her! My thought is as like most places: don't start no @*#% won't be no @*#%. Oh, and the school district-phenomenal!
