Review for University Courtyard Apartments

This is a decent place to live if you don't mind being away from campus a bit. I lived there for a year during grad school and really had no problems other than the cheap contruction and the fact that we had huge spiders between the windows and the screens, basically making it impossible to open the windows. Overall it's a decent place with nice management and some great amenities. It sounds a little expensive to begin with, but add up your electric, water, trash, phone, internet and cable bills along with your current rent, and you'll probably come out ahead renting here.
