The hospitality of the staff here is absolutely dreadful. They will accuse you, and fine you, of every possible offense. They will even go so far as to place the blame of their mistakes on you. If you have a problem, they dont want to talk to you; go to their office and the property manager tells you to enter your complaint online, she has better things to do. They failed to do winter maintenance for the complex and the air conditionor outside got frozen on, leaving the electric bill in the clouds at nearly $200 a month! Of course, although the winter maintenance is the responsibility of the land owner, who do you think they blamed?
