Review for College Park - The Enclave Apartments

As far as matience, I've had a broken toliet for a month. They aren't in a hurry to fix things unless they're on fire. Well thats a bit sarcastic. They just take their time. They make promises they can't keep. The noise here is ridiculous and there ARE on site secruity officers but they never respond to issues. Our neighbors were playing bass so loud it knocked our wall shelves over. Basically if you want something fixed you have to call somebody yourself and if you want to take care of a disturbance you have to call the BGPD. The apartments are nice though but it really makes it less enjoyable when your landlord is more concerned about getting more leases signed as opposed to getting its already paying tenants taken care of.
