Review for College Park - The Enclave Apartments

Since before the day I moved into Enclave in Bowling Green, Ohio, I knew it was going to be a long 9 month lease! The day before I moved into Enclave II was crazy. There were stools outside in the parking lot, yes in the parking lot. It was not completely done, because they had just built them that summer. Maintanence was horrible and waking up to people having sex above your room was not cool either. Wall are hair then and dealing with people in office was a joke! They don't care about their residents they care about making money and ripping off college students. Mind you, our building was a fence away from a pig slaughter house!! Yes, SLAUGHTER HOUSE!!! You could smell and hear pigs getting chopped up, yes rent is $350 per person! I couldn't believe this. Such bad service for that much money a month. Calling the city police about 6 or 7 times throughout the school yeara was soooooo annoying. Enclave claimed they have a ranger/ security guard, but every time we called, no one would pick up. What if it was an emergency????? So, city police came, and yet and still Enclave did nothing to the people who live above us. I don't understand. If it were a REAL apratment complex, the level of noise should not have even been an issue, because the landlord would have evicted them by now. It's a joke, a pure joke, and I urge any one who wants to live in ANY Enclave to check it fully out!! PLease! All they do is party and get drunk all the time and it's so disrespectful, and not to mention the trash and graffiti on the walls in the halls and walls punched out. It's unbelieveabale right! I am so disgusted wit enclave and I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER NEVER live there again.
