Review for College Park - The Enclave Apartments

1. My room is connected to our living room, which means, I can hear every word thats said in the living room, i can hear the Tv, even when it's as low as it can go, and the other wall of my room is shared with the living room next door. they have a basketball hoop, and constantly are playing against my wall. (I can also clearly hear their tv when it's on.) The girl above me has an obnoxious laugh and loves to party.

2. I hope you like living in a party place because this place never stops. Never. People play basketball (my room also overlooks the court), every night, usually around 2-4am. Even though there is a sign posted that says until 11pm only. One night I witnessed a group of guys playing around 3:30am, yelling and being rowdy, eventually kicking and breaking a fence. I ended up calling the police (a regular thing for this place), and they didnt even send them away because it's "private property". I have the police on speeddial because my roommates and I have called them so often.

3. Music in the pool area. Sure, a 24 hour hot tub sounds like a good idea, however, when you mix that with drunken college students and an outdoor stereo system, you get very angry residents. Noise is really out of control here.

4. Our "brand new" washing mashine died after living here for 8 months. It took 3 phone calls, 2 ignored work orders, and 5 weeks to get it fixed. this only happened after my father had to get involved.

5. this place is disgusting...broken beer bottles in the hallways, people peeing outside when they leave parties here, and endless noise. Only live here if you're completely stupid.
