Review for College Park - The Enclave Apartments

I had the same problems as some of the other reviewers. The staff takes forever to respond to maintenance requests, and dont necessarily fix what is wrong. Our dishwasher overflowed twice and they said nothing was wrong with it and our washing machine did not go through the rinse cycle, but of course nothing was wrong with that either. In the winter, make sure to buy plastic to put over your windows and patio door because you will freeze to death and we even had snow blowing INTO the apartment through the patio door and windows because of terrible insulation. The noise level is ridiculous. I dont understand how the houses on the street over tolerate the complex. There have been parties with loud music on until 3 or 4 am. I do not recommend this apartment unless you like to party 24/7 and dont care about getting sleep.
