Review for College Park - The Enclave Apartments

My car had over $3,500 worth of damage done to it in the parking lot of enclave II. A bike was broken, mirrors torn off cars, cars were keyed, tires slashed, roof was caved in, hood was dented, headlight smashed out, antenna bent, and cars have also been 'ketchuped and floured'. Enclave has done NOTHING. Security is terrible. Service is horrible. Lots of false promises. Work orders have gone up to a year without being answered. It's NOT safe here. Pool and hot tub smell and are hardly cleaned. Exercise room is nice.
