Review for College Park - The Enclave Apartments

The management here is beyond terrible. They lie straight to your face, have the student workers do all their dirty work, and care only about making money. They don't give a damn about you. It took the maintenance staff 4 months to come and fix our few broken items after several phone calls, online requests, personal requests in the office. The only reason they came at all was because I threatened to go to student legal services at BGSU. My roomates car was totaled in the parking lot, roof caved in, tires slashed, head lights broken out, and much more. The enclave didn't do anything for her except make up excuses. They lied and told her they would at least put up flyers for a reward for criminal information. They never did. Our windows overlook the slaughter house. They never told us we would be stuck in this building. They gave my roomate a discount on her rent for it but denyed me one. How fair is that? NEVER LIVE IN THE ENCLAVE. It will be the worst decision of your college career, what i said before is only the beginning of their filthy management.
