Review for College Park - The Enclave Apartments

This place SUCKS hands down!!! I completely regret living here!!! If there was a way I could afford to get the hell out I would do so in a heart beat. Until then I will pay my rent, but not reside here on a regular basis.

The staff is completely unorganized, no one ever has a clue about what is going on down in the office, and let alone when you do go in you are ignored for some time. They will talk to you when they are done goofing around or when they feel like they should talk to you....when it is convinent for them. Also, whenever you go in the office there are new so called "managers" a monkey could do a better job.

They completely ignore what is written on the apartment check in sheets that we are supposed to fill out completely. They then turn around and charge you for stuff that you said is broken.

The office says you can only do certain things at certain times and then bitches, but when there is a complante they could careless. No matter the issue they always think you are lying. They tried to charge me twice for rent plus all sorts of late fees. I made the lady go through the huge stack of checks one by one and mine was not even 10 down!!

I will NEVER recommend shit from these people for my friends...I want my friends to remain my friends. They also tried to charge my roomates and I each $50.00 for a so called "person" climbing up on the side of balconies. We said that all of our locks had been locked and that we had had no visitors. I had to take us contacting our lawyers and the police department to get them to try to show any proof that they had a claim. They dropped the so called "fines" they tried to charge us.

If you are smart you will take your money and pay a little extra and live ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Period.
