Review for Haven House Apartments

This year my roommate and I found out the hard way that we had to pay COMMUNITY utilities, aka our utilities were grouped with 11 other apartments , making the cost much higher.
Both years I have lived here we had problems with the stove, fridge, and washer/dryer shorting out. Both years I also came home to a HUGE water leak all over my bed, which when I called for maintenance they gave me a bucket and did not come back for weeks to fix it. In fact, I called in the leak I found this year on March 10. It is now April 28 and They have not fixed it, and it is still leaking. I have called and emailed and nobody helps. I asked for updates since they seemed unproductive and nobody has followed through with that either.
We have also had problems with billing. They leave our utility bills in the doorknobs, no envelope or anything. Once they billed us incorrectly, another time they tried to bill us twice. You really have to watch these people-- They have absolutely terrible customer service and they will try to screw you over.
