Review for Thurstin Manor Apartments

The apartments are resonably sized studios and could not be any closer to campus. The parking lot has assigned spots but be prepared to find someone in your spot and enjoy having them towed. I find that John Newlove Realty is one of the more honorable rental agencies. J Newlove has put in new windows, air conditioning etc. since taking over. The tenants are reasonably quiet most of the time... Laundry room is large and well kept. The biggest gripe I have is the rates. Be prepared to pay 355/month. The fact that you may or may not be able to close the bathroom door with out standing on the toilet is something you get used to in time.
