Apartment Review for Ashbrook Run

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They are poorly put together!!! At first glance they look very nice, brand new. Then you move in & everything falls apart!!! The closet doors are put on wrong. They wont close all the way. The second day I lived in my apartment that no one else had lived in before , the bathroom ceiling fan cover fell from the ceiling & almost hit me in the head. All I did was turn it on. The doors are all put on wrong. There are huge gaps in all the doors. The front door has such huge gaps on the side of it that spiders & cold air get in constantly!! The lock never works. They don't keep up with the yard work here. The grass hasn't been cut in weeks. The dog poop is ridiculous here!! No one cleans up after there pets!!! People have large breed dogs here & there are huge piles of poop everywhere. Even on the side walks!! There is no place to walk with out stepping in dog poop!!! If you are even 1 day late on paying your rent they charge you a 75.00 late fee!! There are nothing but fat lazy pigs that work in the office!!All they do is sit in there & eat all day!!! The walls only have primer on them. No paint. The so called brand new appliances are falling apart. This place is horrible!!!! Do not make the same mistake I made!!!! Not worth it!!!!!
