Apartment Reviews for Colony Bay East - Canal Winchester

I absolutely loved living here. I lived here for one year and moved to be closer to my job. The staff is awesome. Maintenance is awesome. They do routine checking in the apartments, which I like. The apartment complex always is clean and when it snows, maintenance is out very early shoveling the parking lots and walkways (You just have to shovel your car out, which is the least I can do). I recommend this place to anyone. It comes with washer/dryer, which is convenient.
