Review for Govnours Square Apartments

There are a lot more break-ins than the management tells you about. There are a lot of bugs in the apartments, they need a GOOD update. The kitchen cabinets smell, they need replaced. They expect you to up keep your "yard" which is about a 3 x 5 spot of grass, but do not give you enough storage outside to keep a lawn mower. Though they do let you plant anything that you want. The windows are old, dirty, and broken...very easy to break into. They definately need a new cleaning staff for the incoming residents. I bet the windows have not been touched for years. Mine still had children's finger prints on them. The pool is dirty, and the lifeguard invites her friends to swim as well as talks on her cell phone the entire time. The basketball court and Volleyball court are non-exsistant. You get what you pay for. I will have to say though, the management is VERY nice. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you are looking for a cheap place to live with a lot of space. They also let you paint if you are willing to paint it back when you move out
