Review for Hillside Court Apartments

I was shocked to get a copy of the previous ratings in the mail! Most espically mailed with stationary from a major BANK in the area.

I moved from out of state to Ohio and have owned my own home for the past 40 years. I chose Hillside Court because of location last year. Because I work out of my home, I see a lot that most residents don't, and my experience here has been wonderful! The apartment had new carpet, new paint and has been very well maintained although it was not a new property. When I need any repairs they are always done in a timely and professional manner. I feel the management and maintenance staff do a GREAT job.

I did not want the amenities......that's why I moved to Hillside Court. I find it to be very quiet which I not only enjoy but so do the numerous wildlife that frequents the ponds and property. I like it here so much I had no problems renewing my lease for another year and am now in the process of transferring to a downstairs unit which will extend my lease additionally. As a professional I enjoy my home at Hillside Court Apartments. signed....out of state resident
