Review for Spinnaker Cove Apartments

The apartment complex has a nice lake with ducks and swans, by far their best feature. The units are furnished with poor quality carpet, paint, appliances. The bath tubs are on the small side, you have to pratically hug yourself while in there. The management will put in new carpet and flooring in the units if needed for NEW tenants to get them in there, but will not replace anything in there for tenants who have been there a while and who renew their lease.
