Review for Steeplechase Apartments

The entire staff at Steeplechase is unprofessional, lazy, unorganized, and deceiving. I have had problems since day one. My list has longer than 50 complaints. The aprtment itself is beautiful, but maintenance makes appointments and never shows, all of the so-called beautiful ammenities are trashed (tennis net and basketball nets tore up) The radio in the exercise room has been broken forever and there a re no lights on the tennis court. The light over my entrance door has been burnt out for 4 or 5 months and when i asked them to replace it, they ignored me. They will deceive you with the security deposit. They wont tell you that 150$ of that is an adminstrative fee till you have paid it (then there are no refunds)... Also the deals listed in the paper never hold exactly true (read the fine print). The staff would leave letters on my door consistently asking me to pay extra for rent when I already paid and each time I called they never fixed the problem.. This place is run horribly... Management needs to do something....
