Review for Steeplechase Apartments

If you are considering moving into Steeplechase, read my review. This apartment community "baits and switches" - they show you a nice apartment, they give you a shitty apartment with broken countertops, horrible carpet, 7 gallons of water in hallway and mold. Rents are high for what you get. Maintainance is terrible and the staff has been anything but helpful. Our apartment had bugs, dirty carpet, carpet was not clean when we moved in. Office refuses to fix items in apartment, our toilet backs up constantly and smells like a sewer! If you are considering Steeplechase, dont move in. You will be sorry - this place takes your money, will not let you our of leases even if you have been her over one year.
