Review for Steeplechase Apartments

Our year-long nightmare began on our first day when we had to move in on carpets that were cleaned minutes before we arrived. They looked very nice for a couple of days until all the stains started showing up. We were unable to preview our apartment before move-in and it didn't look anything like the pristine model we were shown. The quick and dirty on Steeplechase is that they have very rude, inattentive management staff who really don't give a flying *!#% if you have a problem or not. They don't fix anything. And the maintenance staff? It's a one man show. So, the next time you drive by, try to resist the empty promises of "gourmet kitchens" and "luxurious floorplans." What they're really offering is 3 cupboards and a two-room box.
