Review for Steeplechase Apartments

I lived at Steeplechase for three years. During that time, I was a model resident, I paid my bills on time, etc. I had numerous maintenace issues that were either not fixed or not fixed properly. Maintenance had to re-do a number of the things they had "repaired". When you pay your deposit, you are really paying their "administration fee"...so you won't see any of your deposit at the end of your lease. Management was constantly changing, and never knew who I was. When I moved out, I attempted to contact the apartment complex to make sure everything was taken care of. My calls have never been returned. The water company they use has incredibly bad customer service skills as well. My advice is to stay away from this place.
