Review for Steeplechase Apartments

I've lived here going on my 3rd year and yes, some of what the reviews from last year WERE true. However, there have been significant improvements, not only with the property itself, but the staff as well. When I first moved in, my apartment was ok, it's an apartment. I had a few things that I had to have maintenace come over for, but hey, they're human. The girls in the office used to be somewhat rude, but those girls are now gone and the ladies there now are very nice and genuinely care if I have something wrong in my apartment or if I have a concern about the property. I wonder if any of those who wrote the past reviews ever thought to ask the staff if anything was being done or going to be done? All I ever had to do was ask. Sometimes they didn't know something was wrong or broken until I told them. Once I did it was fixed. Anyway, this community has improved by leaps and bounds in the past 2 years. And to the gentleman who posted the last review, I looked at my lease after reading that, it says that that money went toward an admin fee. Seems reasonable to me.
