Review for Steeplechase Apartments

in the past year there has been a fire in the dumpster which is in plain site to start with a good breeze and the air is foul smelling. we where gone one weekend and our apartment locked with no one around and we recieved a written warning related to fireworks being shot off our balcony, office staff admits they saw us leave and did not see our vehicle over the weekend we ask manager to get a copy of police report to try and get this off our record didn't happen. this past weekend someone took the fire extingisher and sprayed it all through out the apartment hallways all three floors. this was cleaned up around 11pm on sunday nite was reported at 7am on sunday morning. noise level is at times very loud parties scheduled by staff 2-3 times a year with drinking throughout the complex and with bands planning up into the nite.
