Had my partner and I not chosen to buy a house, we would have stayed in this complex longer. The townhouse we lived in had plenty of space, there was very little noise, and the managers were very responsive. While we had a few problemd while living there ( a neighbor let he water heater flood her apartment one night, and it started to flood ours!), the management staff was always on top of the issue. There are some strict rules concerning parking, and the manager does enforce them. All in all, it was a nice place to live.
