Review for Arbors Of Montgomery Apartments

this is my first apartment in cincinnati and i feel strongly mislead. aparently a company bought this place out a few years back and now i'm seeing that they don't care about their tenants well being.

i will give it to maintenance for always being quick on the fix, but that only seems to be for really easy jobs that require 30 minutes tops.

i have a cheap plastic tub that creaks real bad and a cheap plastic toilet seat. i wrote a note stating my concern and the woman manager acted like she was going to do something about it aparently to appease me for a few days. if this company can save a penny, it sure will. there used to be a hot tub and they thought it too much work to keep up so they filled it in with cement and put a crappy looking gazebo of some sort.

the thing that's so misleading about this place is that there are big signs out by the main roads with big letters "LUXURY APARTMENTS". yeah right.

i know my neighbors above me can't be 500 lbs each but these floors are so thin you'd think they were. for how much i'm paying a month, i think this place could do better.

lighting is terrible. parking's normal. there's always dog crap in the grass. ONLY ONE DUMPSTER! it's always brimming with trash. one laundry facility way up by the main office. when the new company bought this place they took out the continental breakfast.

this company's just trying to make some money from people like me who don't know any better and i would never recommend this place to anyone (unless the rent dropped a few hundred).
