Review for Arbors Of Montgomery Apartments

Connor Group has a rep for driving perfectly nice apartment complexes into the ground, and Arbors of Montgomery appears to be no different.

Before I even moved in, I stated some requirements for my living conditions to leasing staff that were not only subsequently not met with my apartment, but I found that the apartment was a in such a bad state that it should have been deemed uninhabitable! As in, it was making me constantly ill due to a carpet absolutely saturated in cat piss, a shoddy ventilation system, holes in the baseboards, drafty windows and doors, an unholy mess from the previous tenant, and a constant and pervasive smell of raw sewage and vomit...and that's just listing a few of the problems. (I haven't even gone into the lack of sleep due to noise, the destructive neighbors, or the numerous times I've summoned the police here.)

Arbors doesn't address complaints completely...they like to halfway fix things or ignore problems, if they address them at all. If you move here, good luck getting a resolution on things you have trouble with.

The best advice I can offer in terms of renting at Arbors of Montgomery - or any property that Connor Group owns - is this: DON'T.
