Maintenance is a huge issue. None of our doors work or lock properly. Hill under the deck was covered in trash when we moved in, and not cleaned up until well into our lease (six months in, perhaps longer.) Carpet was in horrible shape - we were told it was going to be replaced before we moved in and it wasn't. Damage to our ceiling and wall still have not been fixed, and it's been a year. Calls to the office bring about excuses that "someone tried to call" when they didn't. ****Maintenance men come by and enter our deck to do work without notifying us beforehand - we only know they were here when the gate to the deck has been locked, when we didn't lock it. (see issue about doors and you'll understand why this makes us nervous.) When we asked management to give us notice if they were working outside, they replied that they didn't have to.**** Deck was dry-rotting in many spots until they came to replace planks - but parts of the deck are still coming undone. Furnace and thermostat do not work properly, windows are not sealed at all - costed us a fortune to heat this winter. We gave up trying to get any of these issues fixed because of the lack of cooperation from the staff. When we first moved into this house, we had great plans to make it an awesome place to live but what was the point, as we aren't going to stay, or rent from Cincy Rents EVER again. Lee Robinson needs to spend some money updating his properties (ours is owned by him) - he does disgrace to this 100+ home.
