Review for Clifton Colony Apartments

Crime on the rise. Murder recently occurred on Lowell Ave. No security that I know of. Parking a hassle. After 5, don't even think of getting a place near your unit. Place is kept clean, realtively good. Management constantly advertises false promises, such as a $100 security deposit, and $100 off security deposit with renters' insurance, both of which were false. (To quote: "not everything is written in the lease") Maintenance good. But it has to be since the buildings are from the 60's, and appliances appear to be also. Rent is rediculously high for what you get. Rules! Rules! Rules! No grills, raising the rates on laundry. Hope you don't sleep, they let noisy neighbors in. We are planning on leaving when our lease is up.
