Review for Clifton Colony Apartments

This place is not a great place to live. You are right next to MLK, so you hear noise all of the time. Trying to get to the apartment complex after 3 is a nice wait in traffic by all routes. I must admit that the company is timely with repairs, but there are bugs to worry about that aren't always taken care of. The roads are horrible around the complex, and promised repaving just didn't happen. It is overpriced, and the buildings all contain an unpleasant odor which never seems to dissipate. There are stray cats walking around all the time and some shady business with dealers. A lot of the apartments are being remodeled, but this does not seem to bring in many people (would you want to live there?) Oh, one more thing, you can hear everyone above and below you and smell everything everyone around you is cooking. You can get a short term lease, so if you are really desperate, do this and leave.
